How to request account deletion
Sum Hero is operated by Sydney Quant Pty Ltd. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by following these steps:
- Email sydneyquant@outlook.com with the subject line "Delete my Sum Hero account".
- Send the request from the email address linked to your account, or include your in-game username so we can locate and verify your account.
- We will confirm by email once your account and data have been deleted.
What data is deleted
When we delete your account, we permanently remove the personal data associated with it, including:
- Account and sign-in information (email address, name, and sign-in identifiers)
- Your username, avatar selection, and game profile
- Gameplay data — rating, rank, match history, statistics, and best streak
- Device and session records linked to your account
What data may be kept
We may retain a limited amount of information where required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes, or in anonymised form that can no longer be linked to you. Any such data is held only as long as necessary and is not used to identify you.
Processing time
